Getting Started
Kinetic Snaps can be downloaded from the App Store for iOS devices. Just search for "Kinetic Snaps," and click 'Install' to begin downloading. Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to get started. Android users can view content created by Kinetic Snaps but cannot create content of their own at this time.
Kinetic Snaps offers a 7 day free trial, which is perfect for trying out the app and creating simple AR experiences. Beyond 7 days will incure our monthly fee. If you no longer wish to pay for the experience, simply unsubscribe. Your printed KSnaps will still be photos.
Usage Specifics
Start by selecting a video from your gallery or capture a new one directly through the app. Choose a frame from the video to use as a target image or upload a separate image. Adjust and edit your video or image as needed, then generate a QR code that links them together. Print the target image on any sort of flat medium along with the QR code alongside it for scanning.
The app supports common video formats such as MP4 and image formats like JPEG and PNG. Ensure your files are not larger than the size limits specified in the app for optimal performance.
